Reef aquarium controller
A reef tank fails in hours, usually while nobody is home. tide watches temperature, pH, ORP, salinity, level and leaks — and cuts power to the heater or pump before it writes to you.
Everything runs on the device: no cloud, no account, no subscription. A separate outlet box meters each socket and cuts the heater on its own if the main board ever goes quiet.

One sensor at the panel, and the house explains itself: hum reads the mains and works out which appliances are running, down to the individual machine.
It decides on the device — no cloud, no subscription — and it tells you when it doesn't know rather than guessing a name.

How we build
Four rules. They've been the same since the first product, and they're the reason our schedules are longer than they could be.
Failure modes before features.
What happens when the network drops, the probe is unplugged, or the power fails mid-write? We answer that first — because it's what a product actually gets judged on.
We publish the limits.
Accuracy figures, known interferences, and the things a product deliberately cannot do go in the documentation. Not in a footnote you find after buying.
One team owns the seams.
The enclosure that heats the sensor. The app that assumes a connection the firmware can't promise. Those failures live between disciplines, so we own both sides and catch them at the whiteboard.
No compromise on quality.
No shortcuts on experience, ever. It has been the rule since the first product and it hasn't moved once.
